1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to AURION OS, including our website, dashboard, API, Discord bot, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a Discord server, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your region) and have authority to bind the Discord server you connect. If you use AURION on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
3. Accounts and Discord connection
You sign in via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for safeguarding your Discord account and for all activity under your AURION account. You must grant the bot permissions required for features you enable. Removing the bot or revoking OAuth may limit or terminate Service functionality.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless canceled. Prices, features, and limits are described on our pricing page. Promotional or founding pricing applies only while eligible and as stated at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel from the dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law. Usage quotas (AI tokens, commands, server limits) are enforced per plan.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Harass, spam, or automate harmful behavior in Discord communities
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission
- Upload malware or use AURION to attack third parties
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as human when doing so would cause harm
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a security or legal risk.
6. AI agents and automations
AURION agents (PRIME, Architect, Sentinel, Guardian, and others) generate suggestions and may execute actions you approve or configure. You remain responsible for actions taken in your Discord server, including moderation, role changes, channel edits, and messages sent by the bot. Destructive or multi-step actions may require explicit approval. AI output can be inaccurate; review critical changes before applying them.
7. Intellectual property
AURION OS, its software, branding, agent names, and documentation are owned by AURION or its licensors. You retain ownership of your server content. You grant AURION a limited license to process your server data solely to provide the Service.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Discord, Stripe, and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. AURION is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURION DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY USE CASE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURION AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID AURION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or operational reasons with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature should survive (payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) survive termination.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
