1. Who we are
AURION OS ("AURION," "we," "us") provides an AI-powered operating system for Discord communities, including our marketing site, subscriber dashboard, REST API, and Discord bot. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Account data. When you sign in with Discord OAuth, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address (if shared by Discord). We use this to authenticate you and operate your account.
Server data. When you connect a Discord server, we store server IDs, names, configuration, roles, channels, member counts, and settings required to deliver AURION features (security, moderation, automations, tickets, analytics, and related agents).
Usage and AI data. We log commands, automations, agent actions, token usage, billing events, and interaction history needed for cost control, memory, analytics, and product improvement. AI prompts and responses may be stored in structured databases and vector memory to provide continuity across sessions.
Payment data. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive billing status, plan tier, and limited payment metadata — not full card numbers, which Stripe handles directly.
Technical data. We collect standard logs such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request timestamps for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
3. How we use information
We use collected data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve AURION services
- Authenticate users and enforce plan limits
- Execute AI agents, automations, and Discord actions you request
- Process billing and send account-related communications
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use Discord message content for advertising or unrelated third-party marketing.
4. AI and memory
AURION uses short-term, structured, and semantic memory to personalize commands and maintain server context ("Digital DNA"). You can manage or delete certain memory data from the dashboard where available. AI processing may involve third-party model providers under data processing agreements; prompts are sent only as needed to fulfill your requests.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with:
- Discord, to operate the bot and OAuth login
- Stripe, for subscription billing
- Cloud infrastructure, database, cache, and AI providers that host our services
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law
All subprocessors are bound by contractual obligations to protect data and use it only to provide services to AURION.
6. Retention
Account and server configuration data is retained while your account is active. Short-term memory may expire after a defined TTL (typically 7 days). Billing records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You may request deletion of your account by contacting [email protected].
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. EU/UK users may lodge complaints with their local data protection authority. We will respond to verified requests within applicable legal timeframes.
8. Security
We apply encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and tier-based isolation. See our Security Policy for more detail. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; report suspected incidents to [email protected].
9. Children
AURION is not directed at children under 13. Discord's minimum age requirements apply. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of AURION after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
